Custom Lumber

We can mill trees at your site or ours with our portable band sawmill.  We can take down your trees and mill them or mill trees that have already been felled. For rates (locally, distant or out-of-state) please give us a call. Although we don’t stock dimensional lumber, we can custom cut logs into planks of many widths and lengths, suited to fit your project. We will cut Boards, Beams, Planks, Posts, Timbers, you name it! At our shop we have many woods available; free form mantel pieces and bar tops in stock or cut to order. Fireplace mantels available in cherry, walnut, maple, oak, pine and more, with natural wane of the wood or cut with square or rounded edges. These stairs are chainsaw carved and allow a tree to continue in purpose, although a slightly different one.  Now instead of casting shade, processing carbon dioxide, and having foot steps around it, there are foot steps upon it, allowing people to access the upper and lower parts of their nest.  Instead of providing a habitat for birds and small animals, it provides a human habitat, yet always an object of beauty to behold.
